📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engineering solutions that meet industry standards and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering projects.
• Optimize existing engineering processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of engineering solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams as needed.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Document engineering processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on software or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in PMP or other relevant project management certifications is a plus.
