📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee litigation cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Negotiate settlements and represent the bank in court, ensuring the best possible outcome for the bank's legal interests.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues to provide sound advice and recommendations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel to resolve legal disputes efficiently.
• Provide legal support and guidance to the bank's management and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, legal compliance, or a similar role in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
