📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support employee development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the academy's mission and values.
• Oversee employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Support the academy's diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a welcoming environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
• Experience in the culinary or education sector is a significant advantage.
