📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist senior stylists in performing haircuts, color treatments, and styling services.
Maintain a clean and organized salon workspace, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
Prepare and organize client workstations, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and tracking product usage.
Learn and apply salon protocols for hygiene and safety, adhering to industry standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients and addressing their concerns.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, through continuous learning and training.
Support the salon's marketing efforts by promoting services and recommending treatments to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon setting.
Proficiency in using salon tools and equipment, including hair dryers, clippers, and styling devices.
Strong knowledge of hair care products and their application.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and inventory management is a plus.
Valid cosmetology license or certification from a recognized institution.
