In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of electronic components and systems, including but not limited to, integrated circuits, printed circuit boards, and mechanical assemblies. This role requires a deep understanding of electronic systems, as well as a strong background in failure analysis techniques and tools such as SEM, EDX, and FTIR.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct failure analysis on electronic components and systems to identify root causes of defects and failures.
• Utilize advanced tools and techniques such as SEM, EDX, FTIR, and X-ray to analyze and diagnose failures.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of failures and improve product reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
• Document and report findings, including detailed analysis reports, corrective action plans, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in failure analysis.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of failure analysis processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in failure analysis, with a strong background in electronic systems and components.
• Proven expertise in using failure analysis tools such as SEM, EDX, FTIR, and X-ray.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, IPC, and SEMATECH.
• Ability to travel as needed to support cross-functional teams and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
