Order Management Executive - Customer Support & Sales Coordination (Remote - Bali, Indonesia)
Join Alcon, a global leader in eye care, as an Order Management Executive in our dynamic team based in Bali, Indonesia. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless pre-sale and post-sale customer experiences, providing both technical and non-technical support to our customers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating between our sales and customer support teams, ensuring that all customer inquiries and orders are handled efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will use a variety of tools and software, including Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite, to manage and track customer orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our customer database, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Coordinate between sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Manage and track customer orders using Salesforce and SAP.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Generate and analyze reports on customer orders and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all customer needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and order management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, customer support, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the eye care industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
