• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laundry operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing a team and optimizing processes.
• Certification in Laundry Operations or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of laundry management software such as LaundryPro or SAP Hygienic.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
