📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a portfolio of Airbnb vacation rentals, ensuring high occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with local partners, including cleaning services, maintenance teams, and local guides.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
• Utilize property management software to streamline operations, track performance metrics, and generate reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Airbnb's Host Management System and other property management software.
