📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR operations.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Work with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Attract and retain top talent by developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in managing HR functions and driving organizational growth.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
