📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the commissary, ensuring efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement processes, utilizing tools like SAP or similar systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of food production and logistics professionals.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product consistency and safety.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal supply chain performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international food safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food production and logistics, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or ISO 22000, is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management and ERP systems like SAP.
