📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural operations, farm management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative farming techniques and technologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with advanced farming software and tools, such as ERP systems, GIS, and farm management software.
• Certification in sustainable agriculture or a related field is a plus.
