📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to promote interfaith harmony and social cohesion.
• Lead a team of moderators and community engagement specialists.
• Organize and facilitate interfaith dialogue events and workshops.
• Monitor and address religious conflicts within the region.
• Collaborate with government agencies, religious leaders, and community groups to foster mutual respect.
• Conduct research on religious trends and issues affecting the community.
• Represent the Ministry at national and international forums on religious moderation.
• Ensure compliance with religious laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in religious affairs, conflict resolution, or community engagement.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge of local religious practices and customs in Bangka Belitung.
• Experience in policy development and implementation.
• Certification in conflict resolution or a related field is a plus.
