In this dynamic role, you will work closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and translate them into effective legal strategies. You will draft and negotiate complex legal documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, and shareholder agreements. You will also advise on regulatory matters, such as corporate governance, disclosure requirements, and market abuse laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on IPO and capital markets transactions
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, and shareholder agreements
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian securities regulations and corporate governance standards
• Advise on regulatory matters, such as disclosure requirements, market abuse laws, and listing requirements
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for clients and transactions
• Monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Participate in firm-wide projects and contribute to the development of legal strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on IPO and capital markets
• Strong understanding of Indonesian securities regulations and corporate governance standards
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
• Experience with legal research and writing, including drafting complex legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
