📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company objectives and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by evaluating candidates' suitability for training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Certifications in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) are a plus.
