📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized at all times.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Assist in promotional activities and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
