📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation.
  • Manage project teams, including engineers, laborers, and other personnel.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the construction process.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or site engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
