📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.,Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources, to support the training programs.,Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to address the specific needs and challenges of the sales team.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team to identify areas for improvement and development.,Collaborate with the sales management team to align training programs with business objectives and goals.,Identify and implement best practices and innovative techniques to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team to ensure they have the resources and tools they need to succeed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve the training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or a similar role in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales training programs.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Proven ability to work with diverse teams and cultures.
