📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Develop and present sales proposals to meet customer needs and requirements.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Knowledge of the tea industry and market trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
