📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency and availability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
