📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
