📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Developing and implementing QA processes and best practices.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through effective testing strategies.
  • Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Monitoring and reporting on software quality metrics.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA engineering, with a proven track record in leading QA teams.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
