📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing and supervising the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and dispensing medications.

Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient prescriptions and medication records.

Providing pharmaceutical advice and counsel to patients and healthcare professionals.

Monitoring medication usage and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Training and mentoring junior pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.

Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Assisting in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.

Valid pharmacy license and certification.

Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
