Glow Bright Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Cimahi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
