📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.,Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.,Maintain and service vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition for safe operation.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards.,Provide training and support to junior drivers to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, preferably in the tourism industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
