📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote and in-office teams.
