📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Handle operational budgeting and financial reporting.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
