📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance procedures.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Handle any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Must be able to work full-time and be available during business hours.
