📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Facilitate the smooth operation of the fleet by ensuring timely availability of vehicles and drivers.,Collaborate with other departments to meet the transportation needs of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
