🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, particularly in the agribusiness sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using business development tools and software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
