In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support and feedback to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's overall training strategy.,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
