📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure accurate job postings.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and contribute to the selection process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential hires.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
