📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and appraisals.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in managing compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
