📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals in alignment with the company's overall objectives.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective departmental operations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events as needed.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements as necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel is a plus.
