📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor transactions and identify suspicious activities using our in-house monitoring system.
- Conduct regular reviews of compliance policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Participate in audits and investigations as required.
- Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance monitoring in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of local and international financial regulations.
- Proficiency in using compliance monitoring software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in compliance monitoring or a related field is a plus.
