📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Assist the head chef in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international dishes.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate.
